Since they have been proclaiming they slice their meat now I've been to 4 different Subways and yet to see anyone slicing anything.
This review is not a reflection of staff that were working tonight. It is a reflection on being understaffed. Staff should have the option to turn off online ordering. I waited over 40minutes for my online order. App said mine was ready at 6:55. At that point it wasn’t even made. Didn’t get my food till 7:40pm. Poor staff working as quickly as they could with online orders and long line of people waiting. I heard staff member ask another if they could turn off online ordering but were told when they called a higher up had to approve it. I didn’t see an option to cancel my order on the app, otherwise I would have.Once I got home subs tasted okay but were missing mayonnaise and the bread was hard on the top.
Staff had no idea how to handle Costumer service, there was no manager on duty to fix what the employees messed up, so now I’m out $20 and they didn’t have basic things like salt. Team was rude and unprofessional. They where also extremely slow, it took over and hour and a half for them to pump my 4 sandwich’s out and they didn’t even make my churro (wasn’t even cooked all the way) or pretzel until I mentioned something for the third time.
The workers seem to be rude. They act like they are in a rush and nobody else is in here. The girl ringing us up for our meals , didn’t ask if we wanted chips or cookies, she just assumed all chips so know that’s what we have to have. Subway should train their employees on manners and how to interact with customers.
