Red Lobster - Muskegon

I can still remember when dining at Red Lobster felt like a special occasion. Nowadays, it feels pretty ordinary. I'm not sure if this is due to a change within me or the restaurant itself. It had been years since my last visit, so I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no wait for a table. We were seated right away, which was great. I ordered the South Western shrimp bowl. Although the name sounds a bit odd (Southwest and shrimp don’t typically go together), it was absolutely delicious, and I'd definitely get it again. Overall, the service was good, but I prefer not to linger, and the payment process took longer than I would have liked.

We frequently dine as a family at your restaurant, but I must say I’m disappointed. A month ago, you were out of dragon shrimp, and when we tried again yesterday, you were out of salmon. It’s surprising for a seafood restaurant to be missing such key items on the menu.

Our server was awesome, and she made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us often. The food was awesome, my kids loved and ate all of their food. We really enjoyed our meal and ourselves. Parking: Near the mall and plenty of handicap spaces. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
