Most JJ locations blast music at an extreme volume. This place does not, or at least that was the case while I was there. No music at all. Very welcome change compared to other locations. They also have real toilet paper, not the industrial scratchy roll. The food is fine, I got what I ordered, nothing complicated so I can’t say much there.

I would give them zero .The worst employees ever. They never respect their customers( it has been multiple occasions). I have never received my order and after I gave up and went to the branch to pick up my order, one of the employee lied about shortage in delivery. When i confronted him about the driver because the driver was there, he said that your address is incorrect and “they called me 3 times and I never answered” another lies. Asked him about my phone , he gave me incorrect number. They didn’t apologize for the mistakes and they kept lying ? about the entire situation. The other employee intervened to add more lies.I would not recommend this branch.Employees are BIG liars.

Coming into this place for lunch was very refreshing. It smells so good and the people are so nice. Kris was so beautiful and patient with me. She helped me figure out my app rewards and all.All in all, being a healthcare worker, I am emotionally exhausted and this was such a peaceful experience for me.

The guy taking my order was either racist or hated his life. I felt like I was talking to a grumpy 13 year old. But the ladies making the sandwiches had my order ready before he finished taking my payment.
