This is a fantastic family-owned meat shop with a wonderful selection of cuts and plenty of supplies for smoking. We recently bought a boneless butt, and after smoking it to perfection, it turned out incredibly juicy and flavorful—literally falling off the bone! We're heading back today (7/10/21) to try their ribs.

This place is truly exceptional. The quality of the meat is top-notch, and the customer service is fantastic.
