Subway - Muncie

Went to subway for a subway sandwich and they informed me that they were out of bread. Not just like out of white bread but out of ALL bread.

I have order through this place twice and they have messed my order up twice. I won’t be getting my food from this place again!!!

I literally went in here to use the bathroom then my boyfriend went to use the bathroom while I waited in the lobby.. a brown headed girl says right after he comes back and sits for one second “You’re going to have to leave if your not going to order something.” Excuse me I wasn’t planing on staying.. she could’ve at least waited for five minutes to see what we were doing. He sat down because he wanted to see what we were doing but she butted in the conversation of us trying to figure out what we were doing. It hadn’t been one minute of him sitting down. I find it very rude.

I would give this place 5 stars, but the floor near the ordering area was so sticky that my shoe got stuck, and I ended up pulling my foot out of it. However, the gentleman who prepared my order was very nice and professional. I ordered two salads and a wrap, and he carefully added the meat to the salads after chopping all the vegetables because he didn’t want the meat to turn to dust. He also offered to put the dressing on the side since I was taking the salad home, so it wouldn’t get soggy.

I have always loved Subway, and I always will! This location offers delicious food, and I received excellent customer service during my visit.
