Mcdonald's - Muncie

This is my favorite McDonald's because the staff is very pleasant and friendly, and they work well together as a team. My food was especially fresh and hot. Thank you for keeping up the great work!

Waited an insanely long time fof cookies but atleast they did me up on the amount so ty for that.

I'm pretty disappointed that I paid $20 for a 10-piece meal and didn't receive the CPFM toys that were supposed to come with it. The woman in the pink shirt was slow and didn't seem to manage things well, especially given how quiet it was. I waited 30 minutes and spent more money than expected without getting everything I ordered. At least the staff who packaged the orders and the cashier were nice.

I waited for 20 minutes before we received our food. After starting to eat, I discovered a hair in my burger, so I returned it. I went back and waited another 20 minutes for a replacement, only to find that the food was cold when it finally arrived. We decided to leave after that, especially since there was only one functioning kiosk open and other customers were also hesitant to wait.

Consistently slow! long drive thru lines and they never move. I decided to go in this morning and I waited 15 minutes, no one even realized that there are customers in the front register. Customers waiting for orders said they have been there for more than 30 minutes from the time they have ordered! this location is closest to me on the north side of the city and this lack of customer service and almost food has been slow for about 3 years!
