When it was mentioned to manager he did seem to care! Our waitress did an outstanding job trying to keep us satisfied with the poor execution of the kitchen
We enjoyed our New Year's Eve dinner here. We wanted seafood and it was very good except for the crab legs. We ordered an extra side of them which was and only received two clusters and one was missing the claw. Our waitress was excellent and the restaurant was nice and clean
They do NOT honor OpenTable reservations. We booked via OpenTable as we normally do in our “home” city. We arrived minutes before the reservation to “checkin” and were told the wait was one hour! We explained we used open table and followed their directions and they said there were people in line before us and it would be unfair to let us “cut the line.” We then proceeded to explain how OpenTable works and why it benefits restaurants and customers, just to be told that’s now how it works at their Red Lobster. They should be revoked from OpenTable
First time at a Red Lobster in over years. Great update to the restaurant and menu. Server was superb. Wait time for seating was long but most didn’t seem to mind
Server dana was awesome! host jacob was very friendly. for endless garnels and very good eating, great service. not disappointed.
