Mcalister's Deli - Muncie

Very friendly staff who checked to see if we needed anything when we were eating.

Food was good. Good service. Food is a little pricey..brookies are so good!

I had the misfortune of dining at McAllister 's Deli on a recent afternoon, and I must say that it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I could sense an air of chaos in the restaurant that only seemed to increase the longer I remained.One of the first things I noticed was a basic white guy hitting on a woman sitting across from him, and I couldn 't help but feel secondhand embarrassment for both parties involved. At the same time, a mid-aged woman named Delilah was sobbing loudly at her table, seemingly having a midlife crisis in front of the entire restaurant. I could only imagine how difficult it must have been for everyone around her.As if this wasn 't bad enough, a young boy at the table next to me began farting and crying mustard and ketchup, all while yelling I love you, SpongeBob! The Asian woman at the next table over couldn 't take it anymore and began yelling at the boy, which only seemed to escalate the situation further. The whole experience felt like one giant meme.Overall, I would strongly suggest avoiding McAllister 's Deli at all costs. The chaotic atmosphere and disruptive patrons make for an unpleasant dining experience overall.

I'm sure my sandwich would have been better hot. But after 2 trips around the restaurant because she couldn't find me, walked right past me my service number, the sandwich was colder than I would have liked.

I have always loved McAlister's food and have been in the restaurant many times. But recently, due to health reasons, I have been ordering delivery thru Uber Eats. I usually order the potato salad with my meal. The last 2 deliveries, this is what I got. Only 2/3 of a bowl of potato salad. Previously the bowls were always very full. But this is the amount of potato salad that they are now serving. Very disappointed with McAlister's!!
