Bob Evans - Muncie

Today's experience was not great. The service was slow and the food was cold. I have eaten many times in the past without these problems. Shout to the manager who also understood the problem and made it right. I give 5 stars due to past good experiences and good management

You having a problem is with restaurants going downhill since the covid-19 lockdown Bob Evans was surprisingly good and their food was very palatable and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the southwestern avocado omelette breakfast and extra sausage gravy and it was all very good.

Shelby was our waitress, she was amazing, friendly and fast. It was very busy and we could tell it was stressful but she did an amazing job.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. Not busy. Had the honey chicken meal. It was very good, the waitress very nice and service good.

Never a disappointment! So many nostalgic tastes, smells and look. The whole experience brings back wonderful memories. Whenever you step inside a Bob Evans restaurant, you're greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu has everything for everyone. The breakfast plates to dinner, there's always hearty portions to fill you up and make you leave with a smile on your face. And there are definitely healthy options on the menu as well which I choose often. Can't complain, never had a bad experience at this Bob Evans in all the years I've come here. From their old location to this new one, still great food!
