“This five star restaurant was a hotel recommendation that was not disappointed. we had escargot, scallops and lamb frame. the owner, alexander, was always there to ask us how we liked eating and service. he is very passionate about his restaurant that has been around since 1974. I would definitely return here at our next visit in a few minutes.
Best fish restaurant in the city according to me. Especially oysters brought form Australia are very fresh and delicious.
Austernkeller was so good I want to come back to Munich just to eat here again. Everything about it was better than we could have hoped for the service, the ambience, the beauty of the surroundings and as to the food, it was...magnificent in every way. For fish and seafood lovers who are very fussy about how fish is cooked it was absolutely superb even though in our party of four we mainly had different dishes that all had to be cooked perfectly at one time. Any time we're in Munich we just won't want to be anywhere else.
Beautiful service, great cellar seafood restaurant, just around the corner from the farm brewhouse. the food was wonderful; we started with oysters, then everyone had an appetizer and finally a main course. all dishes were perfectly prepared and served. also a good wine list. I would definitely go back.
