7-eleven - Mount Vernon

I wasn't impressed with this place. The manager and staff were quite rude, and I definitely won't be returning.

I visited the Seven Eleven this morning and I suspect the person I saw was the manager working with her staff. I felt really sorry for the poor lady who was counting the cigarettes. I would never speak to anyone in such a way, especially customers. In my opinion, she doesn't deserve to have a job.

The older woman I encountered seemed like a heavy smoker with orange hair. She called her assistant over and shouted at me after I handed her my ID, insisting that it needed to be scanned. After returning my belongings, she rolled her eyes and displayed a very rude attitude. It's clear that customer service isn't for everyone, and she shouldn't hold a management position. I'll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I hope she receives the appropriate training to meet basic service standards. I'm not interested in dealing with her again.

This is a really nice 7 Eleven. I'm from Stanwood and I like to visit Mt. Vernon occasionally. I like to get a fountain beverage with ice. Very clean and bright.
