Dunkin' - Mount Pocono

I have order simple drink like a hot cup of coffee with milk and 2 Splenda and I never get what I order even when I order a caramel macchiato iced they mess up all the time.

The Dunkin' donuts is really weird. I was waiting in line to get my drink today, I got my drink but they forgot my donut. I literally didn't have time to wait for them to open the window after I'd waited there for a solid minute or two. It's okay it's Dunkin' donuts, I like to avoid this location though.Food: 3/5

I gave this place a 1 star years ago bc it was awful. The past 2 or 3 years it has been by far the best dunkin in the area. They're fast, clean, extremely pleasant and courteous, and they ALWAYS get my drink right. I get a charlie with cream and liquid sugar and this is the ONLY dunkin that ever gets it right.

I feel like I was literally scolded for not placing my mobile order in a certain time frame before I arrived.There was absolutely nobody in line and honestly I think five minutes before I arrived was plenty of time... Sorry if the app is lagging. ??‍
