Wendy's - Mount Pleasant

Neko was so friendly and nice! It was good to see a happy person on the ride thru. We'll be back.

Arby didn't have long. Food was a good service with the exception when I asked about the sauces, especially the Arby's sauce and the horse sauce, was told to wait until I received to ask my order. Well, I did, as desired, under the impression that I would have the availability to do exactly that. When my order was finished, I was asked what sauces I want, so I said I want two Arby's sauce packages and 5-6horsey sauce packages. The young lady behind the counter said we were from horse sauce. My next statement was good, I had known that I did not get the curly pommes at the order and would have chosen an alternative as I use the Arby 's Sauce Ony Pries. Understanding shortages and running out of things, however, this knowledge helps not to have anything to make decisions. Oh and BTW, I was wondering when they were out of horse sauce and I was told they were out today! Looks more focused on sales tactics than customers are everything I say.

Neko was SOOO friendly and enthusiastic! We really appreciate the happy personality, I was through a lot of fast food windows with very unhappy people, so it was so nice to hit someone as he!! He's wonderful!

What can I say. Wendy’s is usually pretty good or at least better than other fast food restaurants. This particular Wendy’s had very friendly staff.

I sure do love the baconators, but I miss the old fries. Still great store. Great service
