Waited several minutes to be seated in an empty restataunt. Keep in mind, we has a reservation, we were the only people in line, and several staff members saw us standing there and did not acknowledge us. After being seated, we waited again. Once we were finally waited on in the empty restaurant, the service wasn't terrible, but not high quality either. Prices were what was expected but food was cooked about the quality of a meal I would cook at home. I am an ok cook, but nothing to get excited about. Waiter didn't bring steak knives with steak dinner. He said we wouldn't be needing them as the fillet was always tender. We ended up needing those steak knives. Wine was excellent. No ambiance whatsoever. This was New Years Eve and our Wedding Anniversary. We made the best of it and shrugged off the issues, ate and left immediately. No lingering over a great meal. Will not go back.
Tables were not clean when we sat down! There were. Total of 8 customers and took 10 minutes to get water and ice tea. My salad had slimmy lettuce and wrinkled tomato!When the main course came the food was cold, poorly cooked and awful tasting. After 30 minutes of sitting and enduring the horrible exhaust filled room , we left our food and walked out. It was only due to convenience we decided to eat there, bad decision!
Do not even try this restaurant. The food is terrible!! The service is not much better. We walked out after the first bite.
If I could give a half a star or a no star, then it be too much restaurant closed down a half hour to an hour before it was time to close down so I didn’t get any dinner made the whole stay in the whole hotel very unenjoyable because there is no food around. I chose this location because it had the view and restaurantView was nice but it wasn’t worth not eating Definitely will not stay here again. That was my first time ever but for what I spent here I can go across the way spend half the amount of money at least I am around within walking distance of a restaurant if I have to eat fast food, then at least be better than what they have to offer here only Domino’s delivers, and I do not do over eats or DoorDash
