Some of the employees can't tell the difference between sliced ham and sliced turkey, and will argue with you when you try to let them know which is which. Won't be going back.
Went there last night for dinner and been trying to call ever since. Two of the subs had NO MEAT that was ordered but not added. You would think subway would staff their store during busy hours. The line was out the door and they staffed one person in the pick up and 1 for online orders. The customers were waiting over 30 minutes. Thankfully I had ordered online and was able to pick up once it was ready but to have had the correct order would have been STELLAR!
Not sure what’s happen lately but the quality of food have gotten really really bad. Last couple of times it’s been very sloppy and tonight the bread was so hard you could hardly bite down into the sub. Super overcooked to the point it wasn’t really edible. We also bought a cookie and again really hard and the m&ms were burned. This is our favourite subway in all the city. Hoping it doesn’t continue. Service was amazing the people working there were very kind but the subs were not good at all.
Went there just then and the person serving me did not know what items went on a chicken pizioli sub I had to let her know that pizza sauce needed to be added she she added pepperoni to the sub as you would for that sub. But I look at my recept and I was charged a additional $4 in each sub for a item that comes on that sub. My order total for 2 footlongs was $44.35 am I supposed to get charged for pepperoni on a chicken pizioli sub?
