Store Manager on duty talk to me in different language refused sale me what requested to order I requested money back for the order I did purchase and left

This place is very organized and staff is very polite. Provides great service

Ordered online for pickup in 30 min, arrived to the store for them to print off our order and then put it in the que. Then had to wait an extra 20 min for our food. Manager was quite rude and forgot our dipping sauce which was plainly written on the receipt. Don't waste your time ordering online.

Was a good place and enjoyed the service. Around 5pm on drive thru today Feb. 28th we met the most ignorant person. Basically throwing stuff around and plain rude to my 70 year old father. He asked for condiments and she gave him a fork and two packs of vinegar. Very poor service and she should be fired.

We have waited for 20 minutes and nobody come to serve me from 14:00-14:20. They serve drive through first and everyone busy at kitchen. You may need more people to work at this time.
