Ziggy's Pizza Sandwich Shop

I want to start by saying that I absolutely love this place and have been a loyal customer for years. However, my last few orders have been disappointing. I usually order the Oriental Chicken Salad, but my last couple of orders were missing some items—small things, really, but still a bit frustrating. This most recent order, though, was not acceptable. Over half of the salad was brown, and while I can tolerate a little discoloration, having half of it be like that is simply unacceptable. If you were running low on fresh salad mix or if it was past its prime, it shouldn’t have been sent out at all. I truly appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food, but you really need to step it up. I might take a break from ordering for a while, but I still have a lot of love for you guys.

We found it! We're relocating to Elizabethton and after a year of trying various pizzas, we finally discovered Jiggy Ray's! How did we miss this gem? It's a laid-back place where you can enjoy beer and pizza. The thin crust dough is delicious on its own. We ordered the sausage and cheese pizza, and the sausage had a fantastic texture and just the right amount of caraway flavor. The cheese was abundant and possibly included some muenster, which added to the delightful flavor and chewiness! The sauce was slightly sweet, which was just perfect for our taste buds! We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, a friendly guy nicknamed 'Bull'. Our waitresses, Kaitlyn and Teshawna, provided excellent service. There are bottled beer options for everyone, and we definitely want to try more of their pizza options from the menu in the future! They also feature music on some evenings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Placed order 40 min ago husband got there 15 min ago. No one could find our pizza order. Tried to tell them to look under Phone she did not understand English and said to call back later. Counter people had combo IQ of 10 and could not help Husband. Person on phone had even lower IQ. Kept saying to call back later. No help finding order. No help getting manager on site to pick up phone. No help PERIOD. Someone finally found order (after 15 min in store). I put order under Husband's name (spelled it out 3 times SLOWLY). His name is Dave and I spelled DAVE to them. They put it under JAY something. Hope the pizza is edible otherwise this is a store that needs to be closed!!! For now they get a customer service score of ZERO!!! I would go lower if an option was on the charts.

Excellent pizza fast delivery to Loves Travel Stops! 3.3 miles away. Customer service was 5 star and pizza flavors were superior! I sat in my semi truck and was blown away at this ?meat lovers? pizza it was delicious I ate the whole thing!

When I called to speak with the owner, she showed no concern whatsoever. I expected at least some sympathy from her, but instead, she insisted that people don’t get food poisoning in "half an hour." I'm not sure where she got that idea. She told me to call back the next morning to determine if her food was indeed the cause of our illness, which seemed ridiculous. What would that accomplish? I just wanted her to be aware of the situation so she could take the necessary steps to ensure her chicken is properly cooked and prevent anyone else from getting sick.
