Przekaż informację zwrotnąAugust 25 Someone from Red Robin contacted us a week ago seemingly concerned about our experience. They wanted more info and would get back with us. I gave them what they asked for and it has been crickets ever since. I wasn’t trying to solicit a response in the first place but please don’t pretend to care and waste more of my time. I really have little desire to ever frequent a Red Robin in the future because of their lack of customer service and follow up. Welcome to the post Covid world boys and girls. August 18 Waited at the front area at noon, to be seated, for five minutes and no one came or acknowledged us. The restaurant was not busy at all and even the Doordash lady that was waiting for a pick up ended up leaving for the same reason. It is a wonder how this place is in business. Not likely to frequent this location again. ————— What you would expect from Red Robin. Social distancing kept us quite away from the other patrons. Burger was good and cooked just right and Kelly our server top notch. The only things that were negatives was it seemed to take extra long for the food to arrive but Kelly set us up with some hot fresh fries to tide us over and the window from the bar right behind our table was dirty with dried on streaks of who knows what on it. All in all a good experience.
I went with my family for my daughter's birthday and had the perfect experience. Everything we got was excellent. The server we got was polite, quick, and helpful. The place was clean.
I 'll admit I 've never been a fan of Red Robin, but was willing to give it another shot. I had grilled chicken and my friend had the 'shroom burger. There were so many annoyances... you cannot access the online menu unless you are inside the restaurant, several beer taps were not working, the mixed greens salad was iceberg lettuce, and it took about 25 minutes to get our order. They were short staffed, so the two waitstaff handled everything from taking orders, bartending, bussing tables, and serving. Kudos to Parker (and the other staff member). They were the redeeming value of a mediocre experience.
The food was amazing I will say that. But the server was terrible. When we arrived there were only maybe 4 tables. The waitress didn't tell us her name. Then it seemed like she couldn't multitask while continuously having to run back and forth due to her forgetting what we just asked for. She also didn't show much enthusiasm for having us there and seemed like we were more of an inconvenience for asking for a knife or silverware or a salad that came well into us already eating. She would also go behind the wall and then the staff would laugh forgetting that we could see them looking in our direction. Overall it was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I believe her name was Delaney. If she was new we would have understood but she made us feel like we were not customers just people who needed to eat and leave.
We were in the area so we stopped there to eat. It took awhile for the server to come take our order. After about 15 minutes we finally got our drinks(tea). We ordered WELL DONE burgers. After another 20 minutes the food arrived. One well done and the other raw. Finally got the server 's attention, she did the whole Im sorry this happened, I 'll have them fix it . Again another 30 minute wait still not well done and this time it wasn 't what I had ordered. Some dude came out and asked if everything was okay this time....we politely asked for the check to leave. And no they did not discount not one thing after they had made the mistakes.
