Papa John's - Mount Juliet

The customer service at this restaurant was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff were lively and cheerful, which was a refreshing change from the norm these days. The pizza is undoubtedly the best among fast food options, and the one I had tonight was made to perfection and priced just right. If you’re visiting this pizza chain, make sure to choose this location.

The parking situation was reliable, but the Papadias Calzone I ordered was a bit disappointing. The place was quite busy as well.

I ordered three pizzas for delivery, and I specifically requested extra cheese, which was not included. One of the pizzas was supposed to be a veggie pizza, but it arrived with pepperoni and Canadian bacon instead and didn't have any tomatoes. The pizzas also seemed like they had been sitting out for a while—they were dry and only lukewarm. It's clear that my order was messed up; it took an additional 10 minutes for them to prepare it. I would recommend looking for a different pizza place in Mt. Juliet.
