Service was super... fast... and delicious... my Fav is banana split

I was in the restaurant 3/13 today and also on Thursday 3/8. I was there at 12 noon. There was only the manager and another person. In addition, a piece of equipment was down and they could only serve chicken and no burgers. You did the biggest job under stress you could imagine. Our food came fast, hot and fresh. I spent 47 years in retail grocery store, 40 as a business manager, district manager or shop owner. I just saw any kind of stressful situation you can imagine. The manager was pleasant, still had a smile on her face and treated the situation as well as could be done. People can be very judicious, especially if they do not know the whole reason why this is as they appear. It takes a good person to climb over the bad times and still for a pleasant experience. People judge because there is no help in the store. Just go up or down Mt Juliet Rd. and you will see help looking signs on their marquees instead of what the deal of the day is. Bottom line, I went back today and I'll go back!

Dessert review. Full disclosure, I really dont eat much fast food but I will occasionally stop here for a DQ Blizzard and its always delicious. The line moves quick, the blizzard is well mixed. The ice cream is maybe a tad too soft/runny? Otherwise itsso dang convenient, I keep returning.

Had to beg them for whipped cream on my milkshake, which is supposed to come with whipped cream. And they gave me expired ranch for my tenders. I was so nice to them too, and they just wouldn't help me. I'm not a Karen, but I do want decent service. Notthe first time I've gotten terrible service from there either.

Pretty good stuff. I exclusively visited for their pumpkin pie blizzard. I'd give it five stars, but I was informed they could not make into a milkshake for me... which was the only way I've gotten it previous years. I wasn't a Karen about it or anything,I was simply disappointed in what I'm assuming was a policy change or something. Still fantastic tasting! Good, fillingburgers, decent menu options, and! This location? There's a cute little park right behind it; perfect for getting a few thingsto go and enjoying a pinch of nature with your lunch.
