Wendy's - Mount Jackson

I only gave it one star because I had to. This is the worst excuse for a dining establishment I have ever encountered. My sandwiches are never properly assembled, with ingredients often off the bread. The buns are consistently hard. They only prepare one order at a time, regardless of the number of customers waiting in line. The Wendy's locations north and south of Mt. Jackson are perfectly fine, but this one is a blemish on our town. Every morning, the manager seems to just sit around chatting while the staff in the back ignore customers. On the morning of March 3, 2011, I waited ten minutes at the counter while the manager and a worker prepared food at the table and grill, completely overlooking me. I noticed there was no one in the drive-thru lane and no customers in the restaurant. I am just one of many who visit the store next door each morning and choose not to eat here due to its disgraceful service.
