Bistro 101 - Mount Horeb

Absolutely unbelievable is all I can say. My dad and I went last weekend, and I have to say that I had the best tenderloin I have had in the Madison area. I've been to Rare, Ruth's, Tornado, Johnny's, and Flemings plenty of times to be honest it was pretty unanimous among our table that Bistro 101 topped them all. The owner came over and being the great guy he is, even gave me a few tips on how to make their amazing mushroom bisque. The service was great and the drinkswere to our liking. I wish I could give a 6 star review for the poorly informed people that gave Bistro 101 anything less than a perfect score. Will be back time and time again!

There?s a beautiful bar inside, very special specials, and excellent care taken to ensure safe dining right now. They?ve clearly calculated every step, spaced intervals of diners, all employees with PPE, and QR code menus. Very nice place, maybe not your typical $11 meals, but hey there?s a country kitchen waiting for that. If you want something new, some real flavor, and a well curated spirit selection, Try 101!

This place was recommended by my sister... It did not disappoint. The service was very prompt and top notch. Beyond that the food was... flawless! I look forward to coming to this place to try everything on the menu.

We were on a long haul from CA and found this place on Google. Wanted a nice sit down upscale dinner and they did not disappoint! Everything from the artichoke dip with toasted Naan bread to the Filet and glass of wine was awesome. Really liked the decor and style of the restaurant. Very much recommend. Our server was very nice and attentive. If we ever come through again we will return!

I had the pan fried walleye and it was good but it wasn?t fulfilling but the place was nice and clean.
