Alexandrina Cheese Factory

I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Alexandrina, but I highly recommend her restaurant. Even those who are not big fans of cheese, such as Swiss cheese, will still appreciate the quality and skill in cooking cheese at this establishment. The cream fraiche served here is absolutely delicious, with a rich and creamy taste that is everything it should be. I can't stop raving about the feta and cheddar curd, which are both favorites of mine. The availability of their products at local markets makes it easy for everyone to enjoy their diverse offerings. The milk used here is outstanding, and for those who appreciate a good glass of white wine, it is a must-try. I look forward to trying a tasting or scone here in the near future. As the saying goes, "do they like cheese? Give them a try and they will never look back."

I have yet to come across a cheese from Alexandrina that I wouldn't recommend. Even if I'm not a huge fan of certain types (like Swiss, for example), you can still taste the quality and recognize that it's a top-notch cheese. The creme fraiche is simply delicious beyond words. It's full of flavor, rich, and creamy- everything you would expect it to be. I can't praise their Feta and Cheddar Curd enough. Luckily, their products are becoming more accessible with stalls at local markets, offering something for everyone. The milk is exceptional and for those who enjoy a good white wine, it's a must-try. We plan on trying a tasting platter or scone tomorrow as we head in that direction. As the wonderful Molly would say... do yourself a favor, give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Our experience at the discover dairy session was fantastic! The kids had a great time, enjoying second helpings of scones and milkshakes, and we all loved the delicious cheese platter. The children played in the grassy area while we relaxed with a coffee. The staff were extremely friendly, making it a wonderful day. We can't wait to visit again!
