Good food and always appreciated.Hasn't been a bad meal yet.

Quality has improved over the past year! Their teriyaki chicken was great and their fried rice is good as well.

Terry was the most helpful person in this business when I had a problem with an item missing from my order. Customer service is so important, and her helpful and friendly personality took the edge off the frustration I experienced when attempting to solve the issue with another employee within the business.

Wow! Was so impressed with the Tofu General Tso’s (wasn’t on the menu but I asked for it and they happily obliged) being vegan I usually find it hard to find good food while traveling but New Jin Jin did an awesome job. The dish was spicy like I asked for and so tasty. The veggie lo mein that we ordered was also good. If we are in the area again we will definitely be returning to this spot! Vegetarian options: They had a few good vegan/vegetarian options and were also willing to make me something off menu!

The lady was yelling at her husband while we were trying to order, then we sat to wait for our food and she was in the dining room yelling at her children so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. I asked her to stop and she went on trying to explain to me some bad things her kids did, incredibly rude and horrible customer service I don't think I've ever felt as awkward as that at any restaurant in my life.
