Arby's - Defuniak Springs

This is what I call customer service ! An awesome place to eat. Great food and great service throughout the whole department. I have never been to a friendlier place than this. I recommend going here even if you have to drive far. pictures will follow. !!

We went to Arby's this afternoon and we got two quarter pounders and a slider for my puppy and the young man that helped us was really good he made sure I had my Arby's sauce and horseradish sauce unlike the manager that work there yesterday they didn't give me anything and I didn't realize it until I got home didn't even ask me about it the guy I had there today was awesome you need more guys like him I wish I got his name

The staff here are fantastic, which always enhances the experience. The food was served quickly and met the high quality you'd expect. The lobby area was clean as well, making it pleasant to sit inside instead of in the car.

The main factors to consider when reviewing a fast food chain are the service and cleanliness, both of which were satisfactory at this location. As for the food, it's generally consistent across all locations. Just a tip: if you're taking your meal to go, be sure to inspect the bun before you leave. My bottom bun was burnt on the inside.

Fantastic location! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently good. I haven't used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that experience. However, dining in is generally not too crowded.
