Arby's In Defuniak Spr - Mossy Head

The last 3 Times I have went here they are out of roast beef!!! How does a roast beef restaurant run out of roast beef?? That's crazy!! I won't even waste my time again waiting in the drive thru just to be told they're out of roast beef..

I would have given this a zero if possible. Went thru at 11:00 am. We got our food and traveled 500 feet when I opened the food. The fries and sandwich were ice cold. My sprite was flat. The employees had an awful attitude. I called the manager to make sure the food we received at opening was not just tossed in the microwave and warmed up. He couldn’t have care less that we had a terrible experience and never once tried to rectify the situation. Absolutely terrible food and customer service. Not at all what we are used to from Arby’s.

Never has roast beef when we go thru drive thru in the evenings, and it's their specialty!!!

Service was slow nobody wants to work anymore The building was somewhat nice and sort of clean considering it was a newly remodeled facility

Super rude employees. How hard is it to say thank you. Or what else can I get for you. Do better
