Ordered the parmesan garlic sauced and tossed chicken strip basket. Couldn't finish the chicken, they were way too salty. Told a DQ employee, they said they knew it was salty, nothing they can do about it. Do not recommend the parm garlic chicken

Service was butt no one does their job and the food is mid.

On Monday February 12, 2024 at 6:25 pm. I had order 3 of the $7 daily meal which was 3 chicken strip basket that comes with a drink and a sundae and my son’s hotdog kids meal. I had made the girl repeat the order back to me which said that my was $28. I got up to the window which she then my order was $35, i asked for a receipt which she didnt give it to me. She proceeded to hand me my order which was 4 baskets and my son’s meal. I asked her why i have 4 when i ordered 3 and why the price changed, plus we didn’t receive our sundaes. She gave an attitude saying that it was an extra basket. And rudely gave me the straws and slammed the window shut. So i decided to call them to ask to speak to a manager and my calls kept getting declined.

Always backed up, always behind schedule and almost always forgetting items on order. Only thing they're good for is blizzards.

The drive through line was almost to the entrance. The area where the girls were working was disgusting. All counters dirty with garbage all over. The girls weren't paying much attention and they dropped a blizzard and keep making mistakes. After I made my order the girl turned back and asked me again on what I order.This is my second time coming and booth times have been bad experiences.Will not recommend it to anyone .
