Baskin-robbins - Moses Lake

The ice and the shook are always amazing when we order it through doordash, but today I decided to go to order with my sisters. When we came in, we just felt so inconvenient. there were 3 workers there, we were recognized or anything in the building that we were just stared at until one of us went to the register and the young man there, who seemed to be in training or learning (also very tired) our command and also had to order all 4 things that we ordered on our own faust. while the other workers, including, like the manager or the superior, arrived at their phone and did not help in taking our others command. in the minute, as another group she and the other coworker called hi and greeted the group coming. (they seemed like regular) they immediately started working there, while one of my sisters still waited in the incoming with the register to make their order and was skipped. we went without a good day or say goodbye while the other group got one. I should work in a restaurant as a superior and that was simply a great customer service. every customer should be treated the same way and that just didn't happen today. I had a great experience when I went to Baskin Robbins! It was busy, and the girls behind the counter were friendly and efficient. They have a great selection of ice cream and other menu items. It was definitely worth it!

I'm allergic to eight food items, so finding ice cream that I can eat is hard. But, Baskin-Robbins was able to find a flavor. Dark chocolate two scoops with pineapple topping. Yum ?

I liked this one. The night when I went everyone was really helpful. I also wanted to pray for everyone that works at this location.

All Girls in there look like crack heads, rude as hell. I was in there when they were being rude to a customer and the customer told one of there girls. They just looked at each other giving dirty looks , rolling eyes, glaring to the customer while I was waiting in line. Move to couple weeks later I go in there and they are always rolling their eyes like if there better than me when they are serving ice cream for a living. Disgusting attitudes. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATS SO EVER....I literally hate going there when the young girls are all working together and the one with the tattoos on her neck.
