Bob's Cafe At The Inn - Moses Lake

Local diners who have been here for 30 years. Clean facility with good service and decent burgers. Our lunch consisted of a Jalapeno Burger with curly frits and a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The burgers were served on the side with fresh vegetable pots and proved to be better than average. The curly pommes were remarkable, much better than the breasts, frozen out of a bag, food service French Pommes. The place was busy with most customers eating breakfast. Bob's is a diner, no more, no less, and you get what you should expect from this kind of food.... decent food. Easy for I-90 travelers.

Seriously, if you told me that I would pass on more expensive steak joints in ML, be hammered with my beautiful wife at the hotel to watch NCAA madness, and then find out that the diner had meat right next to our hotel, that was flat tasty, I would think you wanted to try me like my teenagers. This steak has forgotten you the accompanying steamed frozen vegetables and the salad that has been bagged in California (or Mexico) last week, or something. I'm sorry not to talk about my decent turkey club, but my wife's butt-end prime rib was ridiculously good. And from a diner. Did I mention it was a diner?

This is your typical inviting mother Pop Diner! Friendly service, good food, reasonable prices.

I just liked being fair. There was nothing really *wrong* with the place. It is only painfully mediocre everything comes from a box or a can. They do not use real butter or fresh ingredients at all. Parts were fine, the staff was friendly. Everything was just good enough to not suck.

Fine basic Diner food. Service cheerful and fairly fast. Very good BLT. We would come back.
