First Watch - MORRIS PLAINS

We visited this restaurant for brunch on a Saturday and were seated after just a few minutes of waiting. The atmosphere is great—bright, open, and nicely decorated, giving it a fresh feel. The food was impressive, featuring cold coffee, pancakes, an elevated egg sandwich, French toast, and tasty potatoes. However, the service could use some improvement. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, and while our waitress was generally pleasant, there was a hint of passive-aggressiveness in her demeanor. For instance, when we asked for a few vanilla creamers to complement the hazelnut creamer on our table, she filled the bowl to overflowing, which felt a bit excessive. These little things can leave a negative impression. We're not sure if we'll return anytime soon.

I loved the food and the atmosphere at this restaurant! I went for breakfast and ordered the quinoa-filled breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The place is clean and has a lovely vibe. I’ll definitely be returning!

First Watch offers a wide variety of healthy and delicious breakfast and brunch options. While some reviews mention long wait times, I haven't encountered that issue myself. I've enjoyed everything I've tried there—the Eggs Benedict is excellent, the crab avocado toast is fantastic, and the million dollar bacon is superb. Their coffee is also quite good, and be prepared for their pancakes; they are HUGE! When they say that two pancakes is a lot of food, they really mean it. I've visited several times and plan to keep coming back.
