Jax Pizza - Moorpark

I dined here at night, so there wasn't much activity. It seems like they occasionally have a live band. The staff was fantastic and three of them helped us as soon as we walked through the door. The pizza was delicious and they had a wide selection of beers. We definitely plan on returning!

We arrived at 10:30 am and were still served. The pizza at this restaurant is incredible! It's the best I've ever had - so delicious and fresh. I wish this place was closer to home.

I received a poorly prepared avocado at this restaurant. When I called to address the issue, I was informed that their avocados were mostly hard and that was the only one available. The slicing of the avocado could have been done more carefully. I am surprised at how rude they were in defending the presentation. As someone who worked as a waitress for six years, I know the importance of putting effort into making the food look appetizing. This experience was very disappointing.

Ordered from here many times, pizza is great but some employees are very rude. called back about a cold pizza that was left on my driveway that we found 30 minutes after with no knock on the door. i was told by the manager that she knocked once and will not continue to knock until someone is there was very rude and this is not my first bad expirence with the manager lorena. The male employee who works there is very polite and does make a courtesy call when is out front. bad customer service. will not order online or over the phone again.

Do not pay attention to negative assessments. my friend ordered me a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, and I'm here to tell them. very impressed. I like a little extra sauce, and the ratio of blows, cheese, sose and crust is very good here. I also like a well made pizza. the pizza kept to the horizontal test. great taste also in the soße. of them as brooklyn style, that will serve well.
