Clutch Coffee - Mooresville

The service here is incredibly slow, especially in the mornings. Since their remodel last month, the pace has really dropped. It would be helpful for management to take a closer look at the daily operations.

I'm not sure why this place has nearly a 5-star rating. A coworker mentioned they had a German Chocolate Shake, so I was eager to try it and decided to stop by after work. When I arrived, I was the only customer there, and the two girls working were preoccupied with their phones and chatting, completely unaware of my presence for a minute. Once I finally got the shake, I was quickly let down. It didn't taste anything like a German Chocolate shake; there was no hint of caramel or coconut flavor. To make matters worse, there were large chunks of ice in it. I won't be returning.

I tried the new Halloween drink, which was an iced energy beverage with glitter. It tasted like a dreamcicle and was absolutely delicious! I really wish they offered this year-round. I will definitely be returning for another!

Clutch never disappoints! My orders are always accurate, and the food tastes incredibly fresh. I can’t wait for them to open a location in Statesville, NC! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Clutch offers the best coffee I've ever tasted! As a coffee connoisseur, I can confidently say that Clutch surpasses all other coffee shops (if you know, you know)! The prices are fantastic, and the customer service is the cherry on top.
