Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mooresville

On November 21, 2022, the restaurant opened 15 minutes late. They didn't have any iced tea prepared, and the Coke machine was out of order. This location is consistently poorly managed. My experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. The management here reflects poorly on the Chipotle brand.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. I've avoided it for a while, but out of desperation, I decided to stop in for a quick meal and was quickly reminded why I don’t come here. Once again, my order was messed up, the food quality was poor, and the portion sizes were really small. They gave me just a handful of chips in a big bag, among other issues. It just isn’t worth it.

This place just keeps deteriorating. They don't have half their menu items, and there's been no ice for months—are they out of soda too? The portion sizes are just a fraction of what Chipotle claims to provide. The staff was as unfriendly as usual. That was our last chance; from now on, we'll be going to Salsarita.

The closest employees ever. it can't even be their fault (grad manager? but I have a whole bowl salad and hardly protein or rice. Although there is no soda at the moment, there is no fresh drinks anymore. qdoba would never be?

This was the 3rd time we gave this location a try, even knowing we were disappointed the first two times, but the manager actually gave us credit due to not having any ingredients. This time, again, nothing was fresh. The tortillas were hard/rubbery and the rice was under cooked. Both of my kids meals had issues also. We ordered a kids 2 steak taco meal and we received a single sloppy taco that looked like it was just microwaved. For the other kids order we ordered a kids chicken quesadilla, but we got a single kid taco that looked microwaved also and a very small portion of rice, probably about a tablespoon that was also under cooked. Needless to say we wont be ordering from here ever again. They messed our orders up 3 out of 3 times and are always out of stuff. While the stuff they do have is never fresh.
