Mcdonald's - Moody

It's neither fantastic nor awful. It's McDonald's, so if you're looking for something exceptional, you might want to go somewhere else. However, I will say that the service here is better than at most other McDonald's locations I've visited.

This review expresses the frustration of an extremely unhappy customer. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes for breakfast, I was shocked to realize it was still before 10:15 AM. McDonald's makes a big deal about stopping breakfast at 10:30, but waiting in line seems pointless if they use every excuse to stall you until breakfast is over. I was told by a Waffle House employee to avoid McDonald's, and her sincere warning gave me pause. It seemed like she was genuinely concerned, suggesting that the food quality is questionable. I have decided I will never, ever return to this McDonald's—or any McDonald's for that matter.

I ordered three sandwiches and three fries, but received only two sandwiches. When I tried to call four times for assistance, there was no answer. I've avoided McDonald's for years, but I was tempted by the Halloween bucket (which was sold out). It's safe to say I won't be returning.

They were short handed and the wait really wasn?t that long BUT this one you g lady was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond! Her name was Andreah! She was so sweet even though people were being ugly!

I went in with my gf and multiple things were wrong about what we ordered. I ordered 12 strawberry/cream pies and they tried only giving 4 (without even offering anything else), wouldn't give us the cups for the drinks and just highly unprofessional. Irealize its just a McDonalds but come on... do better people.
