Great service. bad location. the outgoing line of traffic from the drive-thru must wait on a red light.

My grand loves every Tuesday and Thursday Chick-fil-A when it is homework days. he will say Chick-fil-A because he will do his homework for Chick-fil-A? Food: 5/5

Ordered online and when we arrived to pick it up, they had not even prepared it. they told me the reception of what was ordered, they would get it in a few. after 20 minutes. they said it was coming right away. No, it wasn't that we were sitting for an hour by watching people come in and order to pick up. again asked and this time they said it had not been prepared bc they had no command for it (who they gave me my entry for my order when I came) bc the system was grounded. I just told smh a mgr that they're sorry, wanted me to pay for it again, and how she told me this other girl then brought out my order. this was 1 hour 22 minutes after we went to the door to p/u. they have to hire jealous people and let the stupid unripe workers who are just in a group talk. we will not return there again.

Always on point and accurate. I placed my order through the mobile app literally 2 minutes before I pulled into the location and as soon as I walked through the door for pick up they were calling my name. Exceptional service every time.
