Mimo’s - Montrose

Found my new breakfast! I grew up in NM Ess-Huevos with corn tortillas, pintos, smeared with pork green Chile with one side of hash browns. I had this perfect breakfast last Saturday at Mimo. It could NOT have been better, plate parts, Chile warmth, taste, presentation, service, everything was perfect. Thanks Mimos.

Have always been treated like family when I'm here. Have never waited always had good service, diverse menu would highly recommend, thanks for being my go to spot.

At the new Mimos location on North Townsend. You really fixed it! The food was just as good as the original place and now has a fleet license!! We were happy to see our favorite waitress Natalie there! She's so attentive and sweet! Can't wait to try dinner there!!

I just found my new favorite place to have an authentic pig green chili. Only the correct amount of spices and taste.

Best breakfast burrito I ever had. Mexican burrito with green chili above. Very big Burrito. Excellent service. We'll be back.
