Long John Silver's (8476) - Montrose

I really enjoyed it! I wish LJS would come to Utah. I had to travel quite a distance to get my favorite food in Montrose. Please consider opening a location in Utah!

The food met my expectations; it was decent and satisfying. The restaurant was busy, but the cashier was friendly. Overall, it wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was dependable.

We ordered at the restaurant and rang the bell for our order. A young male employee was nearby on his break, and when they called our number, he quickly jumped up to get it for us. Everyone here has always been incredibly friendly for the past 15 years!

I absolutely love this place! Whenever I visit Montrose, I always make it a point to stop by and have a meal, whether it's at Long John Silver's or A.

Excellent experience! The checkout process was new for them (only 5 hours of training), but the manager stepped in to support the cashier whenever needed, offering assistance with a friendly greeting. We arrived at noon, and the service was fantastic—no delays, and our food was hot and delivered in just minutes. All orders were processed quickly. The fish and chips were delicious, and the sampler platter included a great variety from the Long John menu. The dining area was clean, and a young lady was actively tidying up, ensuring the restrooms were maintained and asking customers if they needed anything. It was a wonderful experience, and I wish all establishments offered such excellent service!
