Siena's Pizza - Monticello

Nice young lady working the counter very courteous. However, the chicken parmigiana that I ordered was bland, the cutlet was overcooked, poor quality cheese sauce was bland. They could do better

Sienna's introduction into the Italian food business is awesome the services great the people are wonderful full get that hot and fresh I always have my food delivered and it's always hot and fresh and if I have a problem they take care of it right away which I never had a problem even if I want to cancel date cancel it without any attitude I would recommend sienna if you want Italian food pizza eggplant parmesan is awesome it's off the chain if you want to take your family to a nice place take them to Sienna's you'll feel right at home like you sitting at your own dinner table

No stars if it we're possible. There is a reason siennas in Monticello has so many 1 reviews. * Consumers beware you have been warned! We ordered two pies one cheese, one white. The white pie was brown, clearly over cooked. They served us pizza with burnt cheese and had an attitude when we returned it. Not the first time I have had an issue with bad customer service here. Anyone who likes white pizza knows it's supposed to be white hence the name. I phoned in ahead so they can make another one, which he did. When I arrived he had a look on his face like he was upset I brought it back. I placed the pie on the table and opend the box. He said look like cook pizza to me I responded white pizza isn't supposed to be brown it's clearly over cooked ' He grabbed the replacement pie from the top of the pizza oven and handed it to me. He became irate when I mentioned the bad service. He then issues me a refund while ripping the pizza from my hands Infront of other customers. His actions were unprovoked, and his behavior unmerrited. I am a paying customer with a legitimate issue of concern, I was not even upset. It's clear they do not value there customers as they should and certainly don't appreciate my business. I can not recommend this restaurant.

The food is usually good, except the fried shrimp which is . The wait time is usually long, especially when trying to place an order over the phone.
