Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Monticello

Waited for almost half and hour for out food and didn't even get all of it. We waited for Mac and cheese for over an hour. I would not recommend this place, go anywhere else in Monticello. Truly awful, the worst experience I've had at a Popeyes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

When I entered the restaurant to pick up my mobile order, I was not greeted. I had to speak to the two women wearing manager shirts to get their attention. I received cold food and my red beans and rice were only half-filled. As a traveling nurse, I was excited to have Popeyes here, but I was disappointed with my experience. One of the workers with dreads made a snide comment about me being a "white lady" with a bad attitude. She could benefit from more training in customer service. Customers decide where to spend their hard-earned money.

Got in line at 8:30. It's 9:35 and we're still waiting. We're told they don't have the sides we originally wanted. We settle for something else, he takes our payment then proceeds to tell us they don't have those sides either. Definitely not fast friendly service. And even after waiting an hour were told to pull up and wait for our food. Yet 2 vehicles behind us pull up and got their food immediately. Surely they can't be making it seeing they wouldn't even make more fries. Edit: 9:42 food received cold.

Terrible service, plenty of workers but no one was waiting on the customers. There was 8 or 9 people waiting for food in the dining area no one in drive thru so there shouldn’t have been a problem. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dining at this restaurant is recommended for dinner, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. We recommend trying the Three-Piece Hot and Spicy Mix with Coleslaw. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking in the parking lot.
