Harvest Time Family - Monticello

We stopped going there because they additionally calculate 3% for the use of a debit card! no restaurant is so good. we always had a bad service, from Schnippy management to server. that punishes the customer for the giving of our company.

We saw a rating of 4.3 for this place. Attended with a group of six. Waitress got the order for drinks right then took food order with appetizer. The appetizer was brought out with 2 meals first. I choked on how dry the chicken was. We complained that our meals should have been served together. And our drinks refilled regularly. Instead we were told sorry and brought the rest of the order. We asked to speak to a manager and were told they would be there in an hour. We tracked down our server as she didn't return with the bill and asked to pay to go. They told us to wait another 20 minutes for the manager. We declined. Then informed they have to right to refuse us service. After we left, we reviewed the reviews and noticed the bad ones seemed to have mysteriously been deleted.Please go to the McDonald's next door. The food there is better.

Very sub par. Our family received their food in 2 different batches. So far apart that the 2 who got their food was done before the others even got theirs. No refills on our drinks. Empty plates not removed and no one checked on us. Servers etc just stood at the counter. No manager in the building and no way to contact one. Would not ever return.

Visited to day got a baked potato that was almost completely rotted inside. It was swapped out for hard french fries then they tried to charge 4.99 for two mozzarella sticks. Ran out of drink halfway through the meal no replacement. Somehow this was the worst service I've had at this restaurant. ?

Great food and service! I've been here several times now and have yet to leave disappointed. The daily specials are always a tasty good deal every day of the week!
