Dos Gatos Cantina - Monticello

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Made a trip to the casino because we were craving their margaritas! The staff, food (especially their drinks), and atmosphere are amazing!

The atmosphere? OK. The service? Horrible. Went to the bar for a few drinks before we ate. The second round of drinks? 12 MORE than the first round, which was about 35 itself. Two drinks each round. We care not at all about the price, but a 12 difference one order to the next? For the same two drinks? I asked the bartender about it. He said I guess the other bartender made a mistake . Yeah; right. We left, never to return. Way to make sure first time guests never return, Dos Gatos...

I went to this restaurant at 7pm and ordered the chicken dish that made me sweat. I ended up waiting for over an hour for my street tacos. There were many customers who experienced longer wait times and ended up complaining and receiving refunds. I specifically requested street tacos.

Superb authentic Mexican cuisine in this isolated opposite of new york. comfortable sitting corner outside the restaurants and a few outside games for the children to kill time.

Service is absolutely terrible. they have like 10 dinge on the menu and the person that has messed up our order it has everything up and we have waited for over 30 minutes for tacos and nachos. tacos. and afteros. do not eat here if they have starved. (actually did not expect better service – I am a native and white better)
