I heard about this restaurant on Facebook and wanted to support a Black-owned business in honor of Juneteenth. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. The food was very good. The only disappointment I had was that the cornbread dressing didn't have much flavor. Overall, I would rate them 9.8 out of 10. They've definitely earned a new customer. Thank you!

I heard about this place from a friend who is a regular, as he likes to say, and eats there every Sunday. This time, it was my first visit with my kids. The portions were generous and delicious, and the staff was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The service was excellent, and the sweet tea was delicious. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our group had fried chicken, baked chicken, beef tips, and meatloaf, along with a delicious side of sweet corn, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied!

We went to breakfast 06/25/22. great customer service from all that goes away a long one. they are out of the cook that prepares my egg as I like it. we plan to visit again. I would recommend you a try. they have even deserted.

My BF Ron and I visited Yellowhammer Sat morning. We both will definitely dine there again. Ron had the Yellowhammer breakfast, delicious. As for myself, it was my one meal a week I could cheat on my diet with. I had the shrimp and grits followed by the homemade, moist red velvet. Definitely hard core southern cooking!
