Chick-fil-a - Montgomery

This restaurant is a gem. The owners truly understand how to create a welcoming atmosphere, and they have a team of very satisfied employees who work diligently to ensure that guests leave happy. The food is exactly what you would hope for.

I have been very disappointed with the Chick-fil-A locations in Montgomery, Alabama lately. The quality of their food has been subpar in the last few months. On my most recent visit, my fries were cold and soggy, and even my chicken strips were warm but soggy as well. I will make sure to take photos next time.

I had to return to the restaurant because they forgot my order. I expected them to offer something for the inconvenience, but they didn't give me anything other than the food I had ordered. The service was not up to the usual standard I am used to at Chick-fil-A. I left feeling very disappointed.

I love the use of the app because at the arrival in the restaurant, my order is ready and waiting and we can go through the drive thru. Besides, my eating is always hot and right.

Breakfast at the Chick was pretty dang awesome. 2 chicken biscuits combos and a b.e.c. English muffin to try. The service was excellent, everyone was in a good mood, smiling and laughing!
