No one said, hey nothing. the people looked at me. but no single person has said something. they only looked at me by breathing through their munde.
Have to be the one of the worst Wendy establishments I ever visited. Customer service apparently is not a requirement here. Cashier was rude during ordering , and the second cashier caught an attitude with me for simply asking for a receipt. Workers used foul language in front of guests. The workers here make the typical McDonald's customer service look like Chick-fil-A in comparison to them . Go elsewhere !
It seemed as if no one wanted to be at work. Food was incorrect and they horded the ketchup. They seemed annoyed that I asked for a large fry and recieved a small. Food was good but attitudes were not.
I need you to leave my time. that the hired person in the drive through me said after he had asked me to wait for my food. By the way, it is a possibility to park a car or to move after check-out to bypass the deadline on an order. if they move away from the window, they can take 10 minutes to complete their order without penalty. I feel she's the only employee in the building, but that's not the fault of the patron. You should never say I need you to get up my time.
On 10/22 were the women who conquered the commands in the journey terrible. she doesn't know how to talk to people when you try to take our order. she had a terrible job and she agreed she did it. bad customer service. we didn't buy anything and get from the line. instead we went to Chick-fil-A where they show a good customer service. that's really a zero rate.
