Walk On's Sports Bistreaux Montgomery

I liked it! I had a fried shrimp po' boy. It was tasty. There could have been more shrimp on there as there were bites of po' boy that didn't have any shrimp and everyone knows a po' boy is supposed to be overflowing with toppings. The bread seemed like it had been frozen and then thawed out because it was crumbly. But it did seem like bread you'd get from New Orleans and I prefer it being frozen to using a sub bun. I had two drinks. I think my first one was called a Southern Smash. It had lemonade, cucumber, and mint. Maybe strawberries too. It was refreshing. My second drink was delish! It was the strawberry moonshine twist. It packed a real punch. I'd eat there again. I'd really give it a 3.5 star if I could because I think it's worth more than a 3 but not quite a four.

My waiter didn’t follow my food order correctly, she never brought me a lid for my plastic cup after I asked twice, it took me two times to ask her to bring us napkins, which she never did, and she had too much going on. I ordered spinach dip, alligator bites, catfish and sweet potato fries. The only thing I truly liked were the alligator bites. I kinda liked the spinach dip, but the cheese was kind of weird tasting.

This was the first time my husband and I tried Walk-Ons and I can say this is my new favorite restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress Jada was amazing! We will definitely be back and ask for her every time we visit!

This was my first time visiting but I will be back. Tons of TVs and a really interesting menu should make game days a fun experience. They have some tables with an open beer that you can use a card to drink as much as you want without needing a waitress. My one complaint was our service was slow and the waitress was inattentive. I don't know if that's the normal for the place or if our waitress was just having a bad night. Update: I went back here for lunch today and the service was much better. I had an excellent Jalapeño burger and I could barely finish because it was so thick. I can definitely recommend this place now.

Absolutely love the food and service!!! It's a VIBE!!! I had the Louisiana Combo and it was plentiful, hot and fresh!! We had a lovely waitress hat was patient and kind due to we didn't know what we wanted. Definitely, a must-try!! This was my after, sorry I didn't get a before...
