Waffle House - Montgomery

Great food, excellent service, and a reasonable price make this place perfect for bringing kids. The meals were hot and fresh despite the busy atmosphere at this Waffle House.

The food was good, but it took quite a while to prepare, even though there were five staff members and we were the only customers. Our server was friendly, but it seemed like it was her first day. When I requested a refill for my coffee, she mentioned she had other tasks to attend to. She did take care of those, but by the time she returned, we were already finished with our meal.

The customer service was poor. We waited outside for 5 minutes, but the staff inside didn’t acknowledge us at all. When I finally approached the window, the employee pointed rudely towards the outdoor order window. It felt like a waste of time and money, especially since the workers were sitting outside and didn’t seem to care about the customers waiting.

The chef and the waitress were great and eating!? very good.

Greeted promptly and treated well, with everything I needed for my order. Thank you
