Mcdonald's - Montgomery

I was just cut off, throw all the load away from the pregnant chicks to the administration. they have no kind of respect for their money. they even look like they want to ask for their order, they have settings from window to management left and right.

This location has friendly staff, the place is clean and the delivery orders are prepared good...I only wish they send out the condiments we ask for and that their fries were always fresh and salty other than that it's okay. Mc Donald's fries ? are not as good as they used to be anymore ? they are now like short little over fried sticks ?

Very disgusting I ask for a bacon quarter pounder and no onions and a sprite the drink tasted like acid and the burger had onions lots of it no bacon ?. Then forgot my fries I tried calling up there and they did not answer and everytime I called it’s like they hung right up on me.

The self order kiosks didn't work properly upon entering, and the floor felt like they were cleaned with chicken grease. I had several instances of needing to catch my balance on something because I nearly slipped. Didn't help that the manager was loudly berating and employee out of sight. She wasn't any more pleasant up front either with her best being described as cold and unhelpful.

I was just there. A young lady went out of her way to fix my order...coffee with espresso. She made me so happy ?..already had been to another McD..I will be going to this one when I am in Montgomery from now on. I do a lot of business with McDonald's.
