Longhorn Steakhouse Montgomery

Service was outstanding. Went there tonight with a party of 8. Had a long wait but knew that when we put our name in. Our server was busy when we were seated so the manager took it upon himself to take drink order and appetizer. Started up a conversation and introduced our waitress Ashley and remembered we were heading south for a baseball tournament. Ashley was on it, got every order correct, food came out timely, and service was with a smile. Only downside was the wait at the bar. While waiting on our table my husband stood at the bar for 35 minutes waiting to order and pay for 1 margarita.

On busy days I expect service to be delayed. On this particular visit I'm not sure if they were under staffed but service time was excessively loooooong.It took more than 45min for me to receive my meal it was not hot and over cooked however on the remake the steak was excellent with very little wait time. Server was moving too slow for the volume of business that was in her section.

We arrived here a few minutes after opening. We had a party of 7 and waited until they put the tables together. Once seated, our waitress took drink orders, delivered those and gave us a few minutes to decide on entrees. I didn't catch her name but she was very attentive/helpful. I want to say it was a manager who helped her deliver food to the table and checked on us throughout our dining experience. I ordered a medium well Ribeye and loaded baked potato but added the Brussels Sprouts as an additional side. The overall meal was pretty good. There wasn't a long wait for all of the food to be delivered to the table. Those who had salads had time to enjoy those before other food arrived. I think we all enjoyed our meals and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

In town visiting and wanted some longhorn and If I could give this place NO stars I would. We waited at least 30 mins before we got our drinks then another hour or so to get our food and it wasn't hot at all. The server was terrible. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE

Friendly staff worked hard to seat and serve customers. The restaurant was extremely understaffed. Despite being understaffed, the workers did a great job keeping the customers from having to wait too long for their meals. I also wish to add that the food was good and the restaurant was clean.
