Krispy Kreme - Montgomery

I give five stars for the service and the neat, organized atmosphere. However, I can only give one star for the taste because I found it unappealing and won’t be trying it again. I've had Krispy Kreme in several other countries, and those donuts were significantly better than what I experienced here in the US. They were just excessively sweet. I couldn't discern any flavor of the donut itself, as it was overwhelmed by sugar.

How could anyone rate Krispy Kreme with anything less than 5 stars? Their doughnuts are absolutely amazing and a guaranteed win, no matter which flavor you pick. I've never had a disappointing Krispy Kreme doughnut!

The team at Krispy Kreme is consistently friendly! We've been visiting this location for 29 years, and many of the staff have known us for quite some time. We always take our breaks here. I love the fresh, warm donuts, and my husband enjoys the various filled options—they're all so delicious! He also appreciates the excellent coffee, and this is the only place where I indulge in hot chocolate, as it brings back memories of home. I enjoy watching the donut-making process, as we don't have anything like that in Great Britain. The staff is always welcoming, and we cherish our conversations with the employees who recognize us. A big thank you to everyone who makes our visits so enjoyable!

On Saturday Nov 26 2022 at 2:45-3:00 pm I order a dozen glaze and a frozen coffee at the drive thru.... No happy holidays, no good afternoon instead I heard I can 't make coffee right now she should 've said IM SORRY MA 'AM WE DON 'T HAVE COFFEE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. At the window I gave her a coupon and she grabbed it and close the window (no words) she came back, took my money and close the window. Came back gave me my donuts NO THANK YOU AND HAVE A GOOD DAY. I been a customer service manager for 30 years and I will NEVER go to this place again. Customers should always feel appreciated and I felt disrespected.

I returned at 2 PM, and the lobby was STILL locked, with no sign of the cinnamon rolls. I ordered two iced mocha caramel lattes through the drive-thru, but what I got were just two hot coffees poured over ice with a bit of sugar added—bitter and awful. I could have easily made that at home. They really dropped the ball today, and their drive-thru service is terrible. They rarely have the donuts on the menu, and if you can’t walk in, I suggest you just turn around and leave.
