Dunkin' - Montgomery

I come here every morning and it's always great. They always get my order right and the food is of good quality. However, I had to deduct a few points from my review because the customer service can vary greatly depending on the morning. Sometimes it's phenomenal, but other times it can be a really bad experience. This morning, the employee at the window was extremely passive aggressive, even rolling his eyes when he asked us what was missing from our order. He was also pacing around near the window, waving his arms as if he was frustrated or upset. If the customer service here becomes more consistent, I believe this place would definitely deserve a 5-star rating!

I arrived at 6 pm and was informed that the restaurant was closed. The meal type was labeled as Other and the price per person was $1–10. The service was rated poorly at 1 out of 5.

Yesterday, we visited a restaurant where we were attended to by a delightful young lady named Beverly. She greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service, making our drinks with care. The Mocha latte I ordered was the best I've had in a long time, and my husband also enjoyed the delicious drink Beverly made for him. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant often. The prices are reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person.
